Decent but a little wooden?

A reasonably good overview but it felt that perhaps this topic deserved a softer, different approach to normal iHasco courses.

4/5
Very enlightening & informative

The course was of great interest for me as an employee who works in a very demanding position balancing work ethics and targets, whilst also remaining focused on the residents needs.

5/5
too much theory

words like 'delusional' not helpful and insulting; a test at the end to stress people out.

2/5
Importance of mental health

Brought awareness of how important mental health awareness is. Showed the consequences of not taking care of yourself and the effects on others.

5/5
Very informative

The course helps you understand that how you might be feeling is ok but to seek help before it gets out of control. Its good they give you suggestions on how to Take 5 and breathe.

Good to be reminded

Did this course before the pandemic; doing it again two years later really makes sense. Found myself recognising some of the points raised and will be reflecting on the things I’ve possibly neglected - i.e me.

5/5
Good at breaking it down

As a sufferer was well aware of all the things to put in place to prevent it escalating
