After doing your Equality, Diversity and Inclusion course, I noticed that this one is strictly referring to only men and women and not taking into account those who exist elsewhere in the gender binary. After talking about being inclusive in the workplace I think all your courses should reflect this, otherwise it's a bit of a backfire.
Key areas, clearly communicated. Good that you can exit and come back otherwise it would have been too long for one session
Definitely a positive for training as it something to easily pushed to the back of the mind. Also reminding people there are tools to cope and help out there, I found it refreshing and informative.

I found this training really helpful and easy to understand. I have even recommended my husband doing the training with me. Opens up your eyes to what mental health is and how we can all help each other.
It was a good overall review, and reminded you of some helpful tips and suggestions to look after your mental health.
It was very well thought out and informative, and it referenced great charities and ways of getting treatment to help with mental health issues.
