Easy To Follow

Great overview of MH Awareness. Not too technical.

Understand where you're coming from, but

There still appears to be a stigma in your actors tone/body language towards medicine to treat mental health problems. There also appears to be an underlying assumption that people will have the words to express how they are feeling (not always true). I think it's also important to remember that everyone will be approaching this from their own mental health place (including struggling/coping with it). Might be worth warning that it may be helpful, but also may be triggering. That said, I am pleased on the emphasis placed on listening in ways to help colleagues. I have heard a lot from my work about talking about mental health, but a lot less on listening to people when they are struggling (and potentially before they are struggling).

Good content

I think we all know what is in the content of this course. It's jut a matter of applying to principles

Spread the word!!

A useful course as it makes people aware of Mental Health problems. No one knows just how many adults suffer from it, or how many lives could be changed or saved with deeper understanding of mental health and how it affects individuals.

Not Inclusive of gender identities

After doing your Equality, Diversity and Inclusion course, I noticed that this one is strictly referring to only men and women and not taking into account those who exist elsewhere in the gender binary. After talking about being inclusive in the workplace I think all your courses should reflect this, otherwise it's a bit of a backfire.

good, to the point

Key areas, clearly communicated. Good that you can exit and come back otherwise it would have been too long for one session
