Another quality course from iHasco. Not too 'heavy going' but informative enough that trainees can find more information/resources if they require. There is still a lot we need to do as a society to reduce the stigma of mental illness, and raise awareness of mental health. For some, this course may be a first step. Thank you.

Learnt a lot from doing this course
I really enjoyed this course, particularly that there is a section covering mental health in the construction industry. The plan, is helpful as it is non-confrontational and people might feel more comfortable reading up a little more before addressing any issues they may have.
