Good for removing stigma & attempting to lay some groundwork. Some of the graphics appeared to be from the early 1990s. For the love of God rename the Wellness Action Plan since Cardi B's song has given those initials a new meaning. I would have liked more of a name-check of some other mental health issues. I didn't love how there was no intersectional/social justice element about who might feel more or less disempowered to talk to their manager about their mental health, or acknowledgement that workplaces, work cultures, & poor management/unrealistic workloads can be the source of a lot of stress/anxiety/depression. For people in that situation: the course puts the emphasis back on the individual to assert for their own wellbeing - to management - when those people might be the ones creating or perpetuating that situation.
Useful to remind oneself that there are ways to combat poor mental health
Made me think about a lot of things and how I could maybe help others.
surprisingly interesting
