I enjoyed the variation of the presenters. I have an interest in this subject anyway so I found it engaging but some mini quizzes like the Modern Slavery one would have been good to keep the interest up!
very clear comfortable viewing and informative - Thank you
The content could be better if the presenters weren't always against stark white backgrounds. This does not make them authoritative, approachable or reassuring of whatever impact you were aiming for, it made them annoying to focus on. The Test was OK except for the pathetic double negative questions - the questions should test understanding of the content, not reading, re-reading and double checking questions intentionally designed to catch out - that tests nothing.
Whilst I already had some knowledge of the issues covered in this training session, it provided a great overview and introduction to the subject.
I found that useful.
The course gave great self help advise and information.
VERY HELPFULL AND GOOD THAT YOU CAN GO BACK AND LISTEN TO SECTIONS AGAIN .
Mental Health has often been overlooked in the past especially in the workplace courses like this will hopefully help change people's attitudes towards mental health wich has for often been a taboo subject unfortunately.
