Enjoyed the course. Very Helpful and good insight to the problem.
Again another good set of slides and test. All invaluable stuff.
Good overview of techniques. A couple of minor criticisms of terminology used - under Self Harm there was a reference to most people "growing out" of self harming at ages 16-17 which seems a little demeaning to older people who may still suffer with these issues.
I enjoyed this course and have downloaded some of the wellness documentation that came with it as I appreciated the information provided.

Makes you think about everyone's feelings, actions, their behaviour and of course yours. Reflection. Everyone is going through something. Makes you appreciate how you react to things differently, for yourself and others. Refreshing to spend 40 minutes on something that I'm passionate about. Thank you. I loved this module. The best one.
