This was a great course . mental health is often a taboo subject which people find difficult to talk about. Most of us suffer with mental health at some point in our lives and its great to be reminded that we are not alone and be given strategies for keeping our mental health in order.
It's the best illustrated training I have ever seen in Mental health awareness. This is something to watch regularly as a reminder.
Great learning session to provide insight but then also tools for progress.
a someone who suffered anxiety during lockdown this course helped me to learn how to cope with it
very informing and interesting
This is a corporate wellness programme not a review of mental health. It is simplistic and puts the onus on the individual to recover with no understanding or reflection of their individual circumstances. It should be called "well being for beginners" not an introduction to mental health
Whilst the course was useful, I question the need for a test at the end.The test was straightforward, however surely mental health is something we should be educated on, not tested as if it was a GDPR module.Additionally, in the event some individuals may experience from anxiety when doing tests, the module could then end up having an unintended effect.
Big subject managed well in bite-sized segments by two presenters.
Maybe some interviews with people who have suffered and overcome mental health issues would be beneficial.
Very worthwhile, especially taking account of all of the lessons learned during the pandemic.
