A lot to learn, how the thoughts can affect our brain & full of ideas
A good entry in this field and highlights different aspects to the subject. Well presented!
Enjoyable course which was a good 'eye opener' and very educational. Lots of elements that I normally take for granted are now more focused in my mind and I am conscious of how I am feeling.
Everything in the course was straightforward but when we are so busy it is difficult to take the time to think about these things. The course is a very good reminder to make us aware of looking after our mental health and that of those around us.

interesting and useful

the course is quite long (relatively speaking) but broken down into sections that make it easy to dip in and out rather than having to find the time to do it in one go.
Really enjoyed completing this course - thank you. What's missing? I'd say the huge impact that social media has on our mental health - it's use - mis-use and addictiveness is the elephant in the room. Secondly, the course emphasises talking and sharing with colleagues re mental health, however there is a downside that I have experienced in my long working life (45+years); we become vulnerable, so what we shared can be used against us.
Content was very good but couldn't download the breathing tool and the MH First Aid Awareness information.
