An important training course explaining different mental health issues and what to do should you experience any symptoms yourself or should you observe them in colleagues.
Mental Health is a condition that is more openly discussed. This leads to better general understanding. This can only be a good thing.

i expect that it's not easy to get the wording right around mental health but there does seem to me to be an element of: "if you don't get this right then it's your fault"; also, towards the end of the training it starts to feel like dealing with mental health is easy, which in turn makes the training feel a bit superficial.
