I'm so pleased to be working in such a supportive company
I found the training to be relevant and informative. It was in a user friendly format and provided useful information in connection with mental health awareness.

Did notice that some parts of the course, repeated its self on other courses, ie the health and safety, was fire, coshh, and manual handling. felt like you where doing it twice, time consuming.
Informative, pleasantly delivered and a good introduction to people who are not used to thinking about themselves and their overall situation and lifestyle, with a view to reviewing, identifying and changing adverse behaviour patterns in themselves, as well as possibly being able to identify them them in others and then be able to be supportive.

Easy to watch and listen- mostly helped by 2 presenters who were easy to understand. Short sections videos helped to keep concentrated . Useful links and advice I had not considered previously
An excellent overview of all aspects of mental health and how this can be managed and supported at work personally and professionally. I am sure I will benefit from this in my day to day life also.
Really good topic to cover for work, really enjoyed learning the techniques. Could've done with a "break" section to practice what we were taught, like going outside and breathing or something but found it good. Up to date as well mentioning social media. Good topic and teaching and the extra resources were good.
An enlightening course that encourages you to take a step back and not just think about work at work, but think about YOURSELF at work too. It is good that the course has an expiration as it is important to be reminded of the factors surrounding mental health and how they may, or may not be playing out with you. Good array of achievable coping strategies suggested.
