Was very informative
Interesting with good examples to consider and practice for own mental health and well being.
It’s a kind of a good start for improvement in doing the course
A really informative and accessible course, with lots of valuable tips, and extra resources. I would recommend some trigger warnings appearing at the start and considering triggering questions and "correct" answers in the test. eg: the healthy body question is worded and has a "correct" answer that someone with an eating disorder could be triggered by or disagree with so a potential rewording/taking a different approach would be beneficial.
Very useful and brief and its topics address everything we need to treat mental health, and we, as a body working in humanitarian work and helping seafarers without discrimination of race, religion, or gender, help us by understanding seafarers, listening to them and solving their problems, we thank you all
A good course
Hopefully by understanding mental illness it will stop the stigma surrounding it. It is good that companies are now supporting their colleagues and working with them to make them feel more accepted and comfortable.
