This was a good informative introduction to recognising and supporting mental wellbeing. Course focuses heavily on workplace mental wellbeing and is good for self-support and recognition of support needs colleagues / friends may have. If was offered to anyone working in Mental Health support (social and health care charities etc), it may be advisable to have a longer course with more information on other common Mental Illnesses and their common manifestations, awareness of individual trigger signs, and ways to support. Thank you

Explained in simple terms and easy to follow, I liked the breathing exercise's which I will endeavour to practise on a daily basis.
It made me realise just how important it is to take regular breaks.
Sets out the information in nice easy chunks and is easy to understand and take in.
The course is very educative and informative to a layman. It also highlights a lot of misconceptions ordinary people have towards Mental illness.
