Well considered subject

Having suffered from a head injury and is subsequent effects and prejudices, I feel that this very well presented and informative course should be compulsory for everybody as so many people come across with an ignorant prejudice.

The most helpful course

I did this course in Dec 2020 when my husband was in hospital diagnosed with bladder cancer & I was feeling at my wits' end. I did it again in Dec 2021 when we'd both had treatment for cancers & I was waiting for a doctor's appointment for extreme anxiety. Doing it for the 3rd time it's been a great refresher as I've only been able to see my doctor once about this. I had already downloaded a meditation app which has been a massive help & now I've re-worked a wellness action plan to help me with ongoing anxiety, its the best iHasco training in my opinion.

An excellent course

Clear and concise basic explanation of a very complex subject. The presenters used language that was very understandable. This is a very worth while 40 minuet course to spotting not only your own but others signs of mental health. In the correct circumstances a good conversation starter, that could lead to helping yourself or others.

Great Refresher

Really useful refresher on a controversial subject. Encourages good practice. To keep positive and looking after your body is as important which helps manage stress levels. It does make you stop and take time out to invest in your self from eating to exercise.
