This training should be aimed at management, as they are the ones who don't care about those below them and need to be made aware of their employees mental health and not the other way around.

I'm aware that some people are somehow not aware of this information and it really was the basics which I suppose is okay although it is a shame it didn't go into more depth, but the graphics were very patronising and as this is supposed to be delivered to adults I think you should re-think such ridiculous imagery and speak to adults like adults and not like small children; that's how we create a smarter society, not by dumbing down our content.
Very low level, didn't need to read any of the materials in order to score 100%. Felt like something that might be delivered to young school children. A bit disappointing and nothing gained.

There are some useful techniques to support mental fitness.
This course has impacted my knowledge of mental health. It was well delivered and simple to follow.
With personally suffering with depression and anxiety, I found this course very comforting. Suffering with it can regularly make you feel lonely...abnormal in a sense, knowing others are being encouraged to understand mental health is great comfort.
Very good presentation.
Good course, but don't feel access to HR and managers is easily accessible to individuals with conditions described in the course.
