Was really helpful a subject we should all be aware of and not to be afraid to ask for help after all a problem shared is a problem halved.

So important to know how you can help yourself and help others through difficult times in life. The support of your colleagues and management is critical in dealing with mental health in any industry.

Very clear information on raising awareness on mental health . I am now more confident in knowing signs and symptoms of and what support or self help there is .

Course content was appropriate and relevant, to the level of the group that it was directed at.

This training should be aimed at management, as they are the ones who don't care about those below them and need to be made aware of their employees mental health and not the other way around.

I'm aware that some people are somehow not aware of this information and it really was the basics which I suppose is okay although it is a shame it didn't go into more depth, but the graphics were very patronising and as this is supposed to be delivered to adults I think you should re-think such ridiculous imagery and speak to adults like adults and not like small children; that's how we create a smarter society, not by dumbing down our content.
