felt the content covered most aspects and gave good advice.
The course gave a good use of awareness of mental health but I believe the course could go into more detail of way of helping other people and more specific too different illnesses.
I understand this is basic information which is fine for most people. But as someone who has struggled with their mental health (and been through the processes of talking to different people etc) the way information is provided feels so lax, like everything is so easy. It feels incredibly frustrating to listen through. my mental state has been better (not perfect) for the last while but watching this triggers a lot of those negative feelings and drags my mood down. Again it is fine for most people, just weirdly maybe not for people who are working through things.

A good course, re-iterated what i already know and certainly makes you think about other people and what they may be going through.

I seldom think about mental health. Being older, I am familiar with people being told to "pull yourself together and stop complaining". However I know people who have attempted and others who have committed suicide and I think the content of this course could prevent others doing the same.
