I really enjoyed this course. It's very informative and useful, especially if you have mental health issues, like myself. The only thing I'll add is rapeseed oil and most vegetable oils are supposed to be very inflammatory. The healthiest oils to recommend would be coconut oil (like you stated), extra virgin olive oil and avocado oil. Other than that good job and thank you!
