this course gave me an understanding on how to support and recognise mental health issues within the workplace and how to signpost.
The course summarised most of the MH issues people will feel or encounter. It gave practical advice and solutions to those concerns.
Nothing in the course to help with - when you know or suspect someone at work or at home is having mental health issues but they won't accept or face up to the signs, and do anything about it.
Even taking the time to complete this training is a positive as so often we push things like this aside thinking it's not a priority. Thank you for the input and it has definitely encouraged me to re-assess some priorities.
Neglects mental illness and its treatment in favour of 'wellness', 'wellbeing' and other buzzwords associated with Harry Windsor

The course captured all the aspects of Mental Health Awareness, what to look for, how to respond and importantly what help and support you have to deal with problems either if you are personally affected or you are to support someone else. Great course!!
it was a good piece of training aimed at the person receiving it. i would probably like to see a 'how about others around you' type training session as well.
good stuff here
I think completing the course is of great help for the business and awareness course too would help with everyday life challenges. Very good training
