Really beneficial to my understanding on the subject.
This is a basic course into mental wellbeing but still manages to cover most aspects of mental health. I found the external links to be informative and useful
I think mental health is an that should be more noticed by the government and NHS. People who suffer from it should have much I proved help and more understanding. There's to much of it but not enough help or provisions provided.
The programme is structured well without being condescending or judgmental. It gives an informed view of the treatments available and techniques to assist with reducing symptoms
This course is beyond demeaning, it treats us like we are simpletons and explains everything as if it was intended for a child. This is yet another example of everything that is currently wrong with the UK and its soft snowflake population. I do not need or want a stupid video telling me how to control my own thoughts and be happy.
The course was very informative and gave me a better understanding of mine and others wellbeing.
