Like the way info was presented - realk people speaking mixed with graphics. Content was a bit basic but understand it depends on your professional background. Think the treatments were all a bit general. CBT presented as a bit of a cure all. I think it didn't differentiate enough between very serious depressive disorders and other disorders like schitzophrenia/bipolar. It was more wellbeing focused. PTSD symptoms presented as similar to other disorders, the differences weren't clear, e.g. increased startle response. I did enjoy it though and the resources for further reading look intereseting.

All over it is good (ex: content, images, additional information)
It improved my understanding of mental health issues.
A good course highlighting the signs and symptom's that people might not be aware of and what you can do to help yourself when feeling like that.
I thought that the modules were very simple to understand, interesting visuals that kept me alert. Perfect knowledge for looking out for signs in your work colleagues to offer help.
Good informative course
