Very clear, comprehensive and helpful
was a good refresher and money saving exercise
Listening is good and pointing to appropriate services is really important. But a little more focus on integrity if somebody opens up to you, and not diagnosing or prescribing treatments, sometimes it is inappropriate to give somebody suffering with a health issue an excuse not to seek professional support.
