It was a good and informative course. However, having completed the mental health awareness training yesterday, I found the content repetitive; only the last 9 slides were relevant having completed the previous course.
It felt like de ja vu as it was the same as the Mental Health Awareness that I did first
Recognised several bad habits that I have and will try and use some of the self help techniques such as take a break and breathing exercises
instructive
A very good introduction to mental health matters, presenting the facts without stigma. This should be made available to the wider staff who are interested.
I found it had with the video it stopped after a few seconds, otherwise enjoyed the course.
An easy to understand and easy to follow training, it really helps managers think about mental health in a different way and gives lots of practical help.
I found the course well presented and it gave me some good systems to think about when dealing with identifying stress and depression.

Really useful course - a lot of it was information that I knew already, but it was important to have a refresher and think more about Mental Health Awareness, both within my team, but also for myself too. I found the WellBeing Action Plan particularly useful. Thank you
