Good course which gave some good ideas of strategies that can be implemented with the team particularly liked d=the idea of developing a mental health work plan with the team and also completing the mental health first aider course

I liked the format in that there was two different voices, interactive content to review and nice video footage. Better than a monologue from one presenter to boring slides. Content was good, and although I have done sessions on this subject before, it's always good to refresh and inevitably pick up something new which will stick in the mind. Good job, and thanks.

Thank you for the course. I suffer from Mental Health issues which are at the moment in control. I need to be highly aware of the threats, triggers and options for maintaining levels of control on an on-going basis. I am also a manager and I am highly attuned to identifying problems, however, this course gives practical methods and guidance on how to help myself and my team or colleagues and I found it comprehensive, clear and constructive.

One of the most relevant courses I have done in my long experience as a line manager and covers such a vital topic that was never ever broached when I started my career. I hope I can do the content justice with my team. What would be great would be some kind of follow up 3-6 months from now.
