Good for people to understand there mind

I found this course very good for someone who is going through some metal health issues at work their a lot more information out their then I thought I will be trying what I have learnt in my every day duties the course was very informative easy to understand and a eye opener

A good introduction to mental health awareness for Branch Managers. When managing in branch the course content can be utilised effectively. BUT managing staff remotely (eg Area Directors to Branch Managers) is much more difficult because of the lack of content........not sure how useful the course is for this example.

Very good

Easy to understand, simple but effective tools you can use to improve your own mental health and those of your teams. Good examples that everybody has experienced already so easy to mirror them. Language spoken (English) was ok to understand (speed & wording) even for non native speakers.

This "sheep dip" content is too long, patronising and the test to validate retention and understanding of the content does neither

I would like to see a few more questions during the course

Excellent entry level introduction to Mental Health Awareness both for someone who may possibly be experiencing a mental health problem but also to make employers more aware of this hidden problem.

I'm pleased to work for a company that has brought in a mental health in the workplace Couse, so that everyone has the same information to view/implement. Especially at this time.
