Good basic course. The setup of the test

The setup of the test could be better. For one question I accidentally clicked on an answer that I didnt mean to click on and it acepted that as my answer. Typically these tests ask for you to submit or confirm your answer in order to avoid these mistakes.

A real eye opener for this course

The very things we do not pay attention to on a daily basis have a huge impact on our mental health. This course calls to attention the importance of taking our mental health seriously

5/5
Very informative

A subject that in many quarters, not addressed enough. Not only of great benefit to the individual to whom can prove highly destructive, but to an organization in the means of greater productivity and success. Many people can relate to the examples and triggers mentioned, but deem it just a matter of life and not an issue that should be acted upon early and quickly before a destructive element kicks in.
