Training was easy to follow and i acually did learn a few things about Mental Health i did not already know. just completing the training made me feel better knowing that the company has it employees best interests at heart and we are not just numbers, so that was refreshing to understand.

Good small bite size videos with eye catching graphics meant you could easily have breaks and not be overwhelmed. I really liked the smaller learning videos I personally feel it held my attention better.
An excellent high level overview of mental health issues that you may come across in the workplace plus very useful tips and tools to create a "safe" environment for your team.
