Course is clear, well sectioned topics and lots of useful resources. It also took a manageable amount of time which is important to get tight with training! Enjoyed it!
The course is an excellent way to remind management about what to be aware of for themselves and their staff with regards mental health. The course makes you consider your own wellbeing, but does relate back to those you work with, and how you can offer support to them. Helping you to create an open/supportive environment, which promotes wellbeing and mental health, resulting in a positive and productive workforce.
A really great course with practical and achievable things that should make a difference to someone's wellbeing and promote the understanding that mental health is important and not to be ignored - even if you don't really understand it. Would highly recommend.
Re-affirmed some things I already knew, and also taught me some new things.
Much more useful than I expected with a difficult subject, well put together and gives a broad list of ideas of ways to help yourself and your team.

Really good and on point - for my work, home and other I would say - a regular reminder of these points is valuable for anyone, as as we all get sucked into other ways of working/acting and behaving.
