Very interesting course

I really liked the videos and listening to an online course rather than online where you have to read. It made for better listening and I took more in rather than reading. Also the bite sized chunks were an ideal length.

Videos make it engaging

For me as a Wellbeing champion the content was a good refresher. I think it is something that all managers should ensure they do , to maintain awareness of potential triggers, how to support staff and when to seek help for others or themselves. The videos made it easier to digest than the usual courses where you do lots of reading.

Useful overview

Good suggestions on how to implement the suggestions - think an AO version would be useful - liked that there was more listening in this than the usual e-learning courses which tend to be more focused on reading.
