Excellent course, mental health is more common and not much training provided. Im glad i have taken part in this course as i have a more understanding of mental Health.

The overall course was well presented. The trainer’s understanding of the topic, excellent communication skills, effective engagement with participants, relevance of the training content, use of relatable examples, effective time management means the learner did not loose interest.

A very detailed course which immediately highlights how you can improve your management skills towards your team, talk to them , listen to them and help them to look forward to working for your company and encourage positive working attitudes by looking after them . Also how to look after yourself personally as a Manager when everyday you may have an issue which you fight through but forget to look after yourself in the process and forget if you are not looking at a situation calmly , this will be felt by your colleagues or even family . But overall Talk, Listen , Help -

Very informative and delivered really well. Easy to listen to and the visuals help.

Really useful. Much of this has been learnt through experience of self and team over the years. Some good practical pointers and delighted that this formalised teaining has been made available.
