The content of the course was well structured and well presented, easy to follow and contained some very useful information, that will be useful to me in the future.

I really enjoyed this course and I learned so much I didn't know, and I felt like I knew a lot already, having undergone CBT in the past for my mental health. So something for everyone I think! The extra resources were informative and easy to digest and the 2 'hosts' of the training had very nice voices. I felt reassured and empowered afterwards.
Thank you for this it confirmed to me that I am doing things right. I have suffered from MH problems and just used what I had learnt as a sufferer to help my staff. I put in place what I would like to have had for myself and discuss what happened openly with them (but being careful not to make things 'all about me'). I do believe that this training should be given to everyone and not just managers. We all suffer the same regardless of status and employees can support managers as much as managers can support their employees.
