Benifitial course

Much of the course was as I would expect. However there were a few good ideas. I have heard about action plans in the past but this made me think about how I could introduce something for my team and indeed if there is something we could do collectively that is light touch in Scotland.

Thought provoking and useful.

This was very helpful and highlighted the importance of mental health and wellbeing It highlighted the differences between types of mental illness and how to spot them, providing useful simple tools and techniques to provide support and assistance. It also highlighted the importance of sharing information and opening dialogue whilst recognising that professional help and support is available and should be used.

Really good material that was accessible and was delivered in a way that was easy to understand. The pacing of the material was well thought through and the visual way it was presented mean it was easy to engage and receive the information and messaging.
