its a good course to learn about mental health.
As someone who has mental health issues, this course is a really great tool for my own health as well as helping others. I don't speak because I am afraid of being judged but this course helped me alot to look at things with a different perspective, and hopefully give me the courage to speak about it.

Great interesting and varied way of presenting the information.

It is great to know that mental health is being taken so seriously by employers and the content of the course is useful, especially the additional links and resources. The course could benefit from being shorter which could be achieved by eliminating some repetition.

This is a very helpful introductory course on mental health at work. It includes practical steps that both staff and managers can take (a) proactively to help their own mental health and (b) to identify and address problems early so they can be managed and overcome.
I thought this was a really good course as it focused on you as a person with management responsibilities at the end. It gave good advice and ways to help with mental health which could be incorporated into every day life. I think this would be a good course for all staff in APHA whether in a management role or not.
