Very good management techniques
Content was sport on and covered what the EMHA Team for providing employees. It would be a good tool for Managers and Supervisors to access for them to get a better understanding of Mental Health Awareness.

A great reminder as to the damage of negative thinking, and the simple but powerful steps we can all take to look after our own mental health and also to support other people.
It is an area which as a business we should be addressing. The course also provided me as an individual, areas to address to improve how I work on a daily basis, particularly to creating own realistic goals. Also being aware of colleagues and being available for them.
The content was confused in relation to whether this was to educate and support you as an individual or guide managers as to their roles. The images were poor in terms of how they conveyed the message. As a cognitive behaviour therapist, I would also suggest that the definition was over simplified and poor. There was some good content such as the welling action plan, managers responsibilities and mental health at work.
This training offered a good mix - the signs to be aware of and look out for, but also ways to help, available resources and even simple exercises to improve mental health.
