Really insightful look at the detrimental effects of mental health and how these can be approached and hopefully resolved where work is a contributing factor.
Enlightening and more clarity on the subject. Great Tips, downloads, and links.
I found the course content excellent along with being well presented I will certainly recommend to the FD that all the Finance team should take the course.
Presentation style was clear, not too flash. Content went beyond the obvious. Supporting documentation looked useful. We are a 90% male team, and some of the team are prepared to talk, others, not so, either way we need to be there to listen and support if needed. I also learnt a few things, and will endeavour to try to make some positive changes. Worthwhile training package - 50 minutes well spent.
Having suffered mental health myself I found the course refreshing, interesting and realistic. Really good to know this subject is being taken seriously and promoting wellbeing at work.
A good course for both identifying mental health concerns for yourself as well as within your team.
I thought this was a good grounding and covered a pretty comprehensive range of topics allied to mental wellbeing at work. I am clearly a very positive person, but this confirms that others may have numerous reasons of their own, not to be. Helping them 'diet' out of anxiety or depression is now on my radar and the key element I gathered from this course was to communicate sensitively and listen well. I have a very calm mind and that seems to be a very valuable attribute, I will try to exploit it to benefit my work colleagues.
