Very informative, lots of external advice available and gives some really thought provoking ideas.
In regard to the question which said you should raise any concerns in an appraisal I personally think that to wait until you could talk to the member of staff in a formal setting would be waiting to long to offer help and assistance.

The content was good, but the course was far too long. It repeated the same points over and over again.
Not very engaging, somewhat patronising. I lost interest in the course mid-way and only came back to finish it 3 weeks later because I had to.
A lot of what is discussed feels like common sense until you ask yourself do I apply the guidance to myself. Thought provoking.
Nice style. Explanations clear and nicely summarised per section
Great bit of training for Managers and Peers to be aware of Mental Wellness and Mental Health Challenges. Key to understand warning signs, ways to help and organisations to point people towards
