Its important for managers to understand M H, not only for their own wellbeing but for their staff as well, Its allows managers to think through how best to deal and support a member of staff who may be having mental health issues. The key point is a person is strong not weak if they can discuss and talk about an issue they are facing, feeling, and looking for a way to treat their mental health issue.
learnt quite a bit here
Very good- detailed.

A nice and simple approach to a difficult subject. A good few pointers to remember and implement on future events.
Gives insight into various mental health challenges and normalises it which is important. Simple coping strategies are discussed which is helpful
A good balance for what to do for self-help, helping others and your role as a manager. The 'test' could have been a little more 'testing'!
Sadly the most pointless tick box exercise of a training course I have ever had the misfortune to undertake, truly embarrassing. When I see the quality what our SHEQ Team provide internally, iHASCO should give them a call to: A) Apologies about the standard of the questions B) Ask for professional advice on mental health awareness C) All of the above
