The course did not tell me as the manager how to help and manage my staff. It told me all about mental health which I know, but not how to help manage the people. It keeps saying refer to you r manager.
The course breakdown was useful and each section provided clear ideas and resources to be used in school. The additional features and links were relevant and have provided me with a new 'to do' list amongst the staff!
Well put together and does make you think ....even though we all do this daily without realising it.... an open door goes a long way and does build trust within a team ....it makes all the difference ....thanks
