A good outline of what we need too look out for in these challenging times
A good focused introduction on what and how to identify and support mental health issues in ones self and team.
This is a good overview with positive signposts to destigmatise MH
I really enjoyed this short course.
This course was good but could be shared with all staff, not just managers as it was the last 8 slides that mainly focused on Management responsibilities.
A very interesting course, gives you all the tools as a Manager to help yourself and your employees. The additional resources are very helpful and make it clearer on exactly how you can help your teams. I preferred the video style presentation as this kept my focus and I was engaged throughout the course.
After having sat through 50mins of being preached complete common sense I was struggling to stay awake. The presentation was dull and lacked any form of engagement. I can only hope and pray I never have to sit through this again!!!
