Thought provoking

This does really make you think about your own personal wellbeing and think about times where we have suffered in silence - I think men, like myself in the past have thought, "Just get on with it" and think speaking up may be a sign of weakness. Things are changing for the better and knowing a business actual cares about your wellbeing does give you more confidence to speak up and discuss. I personally do this with my team as I care about how they are as a person and want to help where I can

Excellent

Easy, and very useful

Lacking interaction and inspiration

Overly structured (like this feedback form) and bordering on condescending, without being interactive or giving the user time and functions to explore the opinions being put across as facts (in some cases). I found this very instructional but lacking credibility.

The Different aspects of mental health

I think it was a great overview. I do think this is rather crucial and we need more attention to this in my organization as we are truly lacking managers taking care of their employees. I think everyone is just overwhelmed with a bunch of tasks and people just simply don't have time for this. I think this sums up where we have room for improvement and will be looking into seeing things changing for the better.

A very good introduction to the subject

A course all should do to open line’s of communication … talking and listening is the key .

Clear and concise presentation!

It is a very important subject and good to see it getting the exposure it deserves. One question in the test might require rewording - Appraisals vs periodic emails (I took Appraisals to be a less frequent event than periodic emails, whereas the test is set the opposite way around)
