Ok content, but far too long

Where some of the content was good, it felt very long and drawn out, and actually caused me to feel frustrated, which I know was not the intention. I do not see it needing to be approx 1 hour - this is too long.

Well presented

A modern and positive approach

Useful course and good reminder.

This training course is suitable for managers who need an introduction to mental health and how it can present itself in the workplace. The course provides an overview of the common mental health problems people may experience, the symptoms and effects of them and what you should do to support any employees who are struggling. You also learn how to promote positive mental health in your workplace and make adjustments; skills that will help you give employees the support they require.

very interesting

mental health is a subject we all shy away from, very interesting course, I feel more confident to address this issue with a team member, it would be less daunting to tackle this subject having done this course.

Very informative, productive and mindful

I feel it was well worth my time and provided a great insight to assist myself and other members of our organisation.

Resources

Tried downloading the extra resource litreature but couldnt do it. Could maybe check this out and see what can be done to make easier.

Enlightening

Found the course very informative. It certainly makes you think about both your own mental health and the others around you both in the workplace and at home. Hoping to never have to use the information shared but if need be, it gives a good insight into what to look for and the triggers.

5/5
Too many slides

I think a lot of the content could have been condensed into less slides.
