Mental Health is so important in this day and age. Awareness helps everyone

Its good to have the knowledge and awareness refreshed, it should be done as a video and test for ALL employees, I will try and plan/fit it in at the start of the year as January can be a hard time for people and a good start for the new year

Definitely something everyone should take seriously as there are lots of hidden sign for Mental Health which this course tries to reveal in an informative manner

A good course, appropriate for the times. Strange to recognise oneself in some of the elements. I now better understand how suicide is the biggest killer in the construction industry.

After completing the Mental Health Awareness course, I then did the Mental Health Awareness course for Managers but the first 28 slides, were a repeat of the Mental Health Awareness course. I feel it should just have been an additional 10 slides, it was a waste of time going through the previous course all again.

I know people with mental health challenges and much of this training described exactly what I see, the crippling pain that people have to deal with for weeks before they come to terms that they need help. This training should be open to the public. Well done.

Good concise course with plenty of additional material if required so you can look further into subjects that are of particular relevance or interest. I like the format with short sections.

There are a few key messages that need to come out of this kind if training. I know you kept repeating them, but the message is clearer when it's concise. The quiz at the end was a bit of a joke.
