Interesting and useful

Some very interesting ideas and useful tips, particularly for recognizing some of the early signs of mental health issues. Definitely some ideas which can be easily put into practice and incorporated into both the work and home environment.

5/5
Good intentions but slightly patronising

Whilst there are many good messages within this video I found the use of small demon style characters to be somewhat patronising to those who suffer from mental health issues. I suggest researching the World Health Organisations video of the black dog to illustrate how depression works for example, my experience with depression and those who have suffered from it, is that the black dog analogy is as good as anybody has ever come to explaining the illness.

2/5
Mostly just commonsense.

If you achieved the 'pass' mark of 60%, I'd say you had a dangerously poor understanding of the content. This was supposed to be a course for manager to assist with staff well-being but most of the content seemed to be directed towards the manager directly. I'm a bit confused.
