Great format & easily consumed, well articulated to provide fantastic awareness. Given some great actions & food for thought to take into practice.
Clear and accessible presentation; great explanations, advice and links to additional resources. The final test is rather too basic though: most of the answers would be obvious even without paying any attention to the course!
Issue 1) Some of the content and generally the style of presentation is a bit like it has been made for children. Issue 2) The message is generally reasonable and well-meaning but at times feels like out of 'Brave New World' by A. Huxley, where people are forced to be happy in order to maximise productivity. At several points the course presents the goal of well-being as being able to 'work at maximum capacity', '4.2 GBP return for every pound spent', etc. That's not terribly inspirational.
This is a very sensitive and important topic and the training does not do it justice. It is so simplistic that it should be offered in schools and another one more appropriate for adults should be developped
This is an introductory short course on mental health awareness at work. Most of what is covered is common sense. It is well worth taking time for all at work to go through it.
The course was a wake-up call to me. Eventually realised I enjoyed the course as it makes you think positively in general, not just specifics.

I thought the training was very thought provoking and I now have the tools to complete a WAP when necessary Thank you for enabling me.
Good course which I found interesting and beneficial. One minor technical comment - the link in the "Workplace Adjustments" section for the additional resource entitled "Mind's Legal Line" is removed from the target website.
