This course will help me to listen better when talking to my teams regarding any mental helath issues, and it helps people to understand its not a weakness or a failing to ask for help.
also the quality of the picture and sound were poor (the picture kept pixelating and the sound was compromised.
It was very useful with some nice resources but perhaps a little bit too long.
A lot of common sense, learnt a lot, and good to know my management skills are moving in the right direction. Food for thought.

I have a sister who suffers with Bipolar & Schizophrenia disorder, so for me personally I found this course very good, and I could relate to the warning signs.
Course should be rolled out to all staff - would help all staff get an understanding of the issues
