Ready clear and helpful

Mental health is the thing we as managers are least experienced with but it is becoming more and more a part of our everyday job. Great to have some skills, awareness and methods for supporting the team we work with.

2/5
Simple and obvious

I think the message that talking about Mental Health makes it more acceptable. This in turn, makes it easier to discuss openly without being odd. It is an incredibly simple, and effective message. I think this course should be essential training for all with a supervisory or managerial role. Whilst not all will engage with the message, many will, protecting their areas of responsibility and others.

Should be mandatory for all managers

This touches on the early warning signs in the work place which I feel is important for all Managers and Leaders. I like how it talks about taking care of your own wellbeing at the same time as being aware of others.

4/5
Too long and dull

Too long, very dull, and the session kept crashing every time I tried to take it.
