All very relevent and appropriate, but the points could have been covered in a shorter period. Nothing covered was not relevent, but at times it seemed deeper, repeated or dwelt on for too long. 20-30 mins would be an ideal time from for this course, nearly an hour is a bigger ask meing more managers will not give it the time it deserves. it would be better to get the majorities attention for 20 mins that only 50% attention for an hour.

It is quite a simplistic course which is easy to follow and although I feel I did not learn anything new it helps raise awareness of the issues for myself and the team I manages, particularly in these difficult times, working remotely.

Enjoyed the refresher, Great Course!

I found the training to be interesting and informative. It made me think about how I react to things and notice how others react. I will use this to support my organisation via training and within the conversations I have with colleagues. I would recommend this training.
