Very easy to navigate. Broken down into sections and well explained. Good back up information and resources.

Very bad course with poor experience

Terrible actors and having each and every bit in a 40 second video you have to keep on clicking actually made my own mental health take a dip throughout the course. It's tedious and has the opposite effect where you just want to get it over with, thus not absorbing the information.PLEASE STOP BUYING THESE PREMADE COURSES WITH 50+ SHORT VIDEOS

Poorly designed

This training is far too long, an issue magnified by its breakdown into small chunks. The system does not remember preferences (i.e. closed caption settings) and is therefore a frustrating, repetitive experience.

Positive thoughts = positive impact

A very powerful and useful reminder that people are all individuals and that we should focus on our people rather than KPI's . The KPI's will look after themselves to a degree if a person is empowered and engaged and we know how they tick . Trust, honesty and loyalty are the 3 main ingredients of any succesful business & relationship and the content of the course support those foundations.

very informative

Everyone of us can to relate to this situation in the work place, taking the time to step back take a moment then progress in the correct manner and direction, I found this module very helpful.

Good introduction to the subject.

I found the course interesting, but alarming aswell at how some simple issues and problems can escalate if not addressed. For myself, I think I could see a potential problem in myself or somebody else and maybe encourage another person to confide. I could also see myself becoming concerned if I saw that the problem was not improving and I felt I could not assist further. I'm not sure how I would deal with that.
