The first two-thirds of this course feel very preachy and judgemental. I don't think it's useful to say, 'try being less negative and more positive'... in fact, it just creates more guilt and shame. It all felt very generic. Exercise and don't eat junk food... yeah, there is not a person in the world who doesn't know we should all be exercising and eating healthily, but it is never as simple as that. Far more nuance needed.
Very informative & now have a better understanding of how to approach someone if they are struggling with their MH
Wonder how many of the directors of my company have watched this ?
Really good course great refresher
The information about cakes/sweets and processed food being bad for our health is incorrect. No single food is in and of itself bad for our overall health. It's our diet overall that is either healthful or not. Needs changing, especially as eating disorders are mentioned in the training as a mental health issue.

Quite repetitive and long for the information actually in the video and the requirements for the Quiz,. I believe this could be reduced to 30 minutes and still be as effective.
very useful
The course has information that emphasizes the importance of Mental Health Awareness. It was great to receive a PDF with all the relevant information and contact details, as it allows my staff to know the best places to contact in case they or someone they know may need certain services.
