Excellent very useful training

Some helpful bits but..

A lot of patronising and asking someone to "check online resources". Good for corporate whitewashing :-)

Course title misleading

I signed up to this course as it was titled Mental Health in Education but don't feel that it was relevant to this at all and should more aptly be titled 'Mental Health Education' as it was teaching how to look after my own mental health and signs to look out for.

Very useful

remiinded me of the obligation to look after oneself as well as others

Excellent service

Clear, understandable training, good for native as well as bilingual clients. It promotes mental health.

good clear examples and coping strategie

Great course directly linked to working in all realms of education, was insightful for teachers and learners and gave varied coping strategies that were achievable and connected to the education sector so could actively make a difference.

This was indeed an interesting course.

The information give was quite clear and informative. It is definitely wisdom that is given to help us, steer our lives that we can overcome the negative impact our experiences throw at us.

Reassuring

It's good to know that support and helpful mind thinking tips are available. I feel every student across primary and secondary would benefit from this course. (if that's not already in place)

Great.

I love the way it was broken up into lots of easy chunks to keep engaged. Good presenters too.
